Kristen Schiele "Little Devils"
"Little Devils" reflects two years of drawing groups of figures as FEMMES TERRIBLES, lone wolves, witches, Goddesses of destiny and death. I draw figures from live models and classic sculptures as well as from books of historical painting and etchings, Meissen porcelain, anything depicting the decorative, feminine ideal. Wearing masks inspired by Japanese animation, clowns, Sci-fi, the women define their own power, cult or rebellion. -> See the exhibition here
